The whole McDonalds system is built on putting down others

I hate to point this out to you but it shows that you have not been a manager that long. If you have been with McDonalds as long as I have you will notice that the whole McDonalds system is built on putting down others. From people makeing fun of them to some little shop with a home made sign saying that their fries are better then McDonalds. Managers fit into that same slot.

We get bullied around and the only way to make it anywhere past a swing you have to do the same. Backstabing is the unofficial way (and about the only) way of getting real promotions. Im about to get out and its not even a comp. that I would buy stock in just for moral reasons. Not all is bad but the corp. as a whole is.
