I'm sad to see we are from the same area! What sense does it make to instruct someone to yell loud enough that those who are in the kitchen will hear? Is that how you handle your personal situations? Yelling? Try lowering your voice and using your brain. I agree with the 'hit them in the pocketbook' mentality but the choice of where you went to eat was clearly yours. The McD's on Central in Bedford has never disappointed me but if it did look at all of the other places I have to choose to eat. All it takes is a nudge of the steering wheel and a push on the gas pedal.
