You are so right, the managers are the ones that carry the responsibility for the restaurants success. The managers at the Mc I work at have made it a tradition (I'w been there through highschool) to apologise us in our get-togethers, they apologise is the fact that theyr superiors are giving them a hard time just about everything one can imagine. So they sometimes (most of the time) forget to greet us for the work we have done (the employees). In the end they are mostly human too and should deserve a second chance just like the rest of us.
