I feel your complaint is of the upmost seriousness

As you can imagine complaining in Belguim is much harder to do than in england, other cultures have differnt perceptions on what is considered dangerous, on my experience as a manager in a UK store, I feel your complaint is of the upmost seriousness and suggest you write to the Belgium authorities and report it to there enviromental services as this will prompt an investigation.
