What have you done

I cannot believe what has happened in squamish. they have just ruined this company fo r the rest of us. i am sure that the working conditions were probably crappy, but they shoould have went toi the head office of mcdonalds for help. i have seen what unions do in my community and it definitly is not going to be the answer that these people think it is. the union can make a lot of promises ahead of time but when it comes down to it both sides have to agree with what the final agreement will be. if the operator does not want to give them a raise he will not have to. i think these people should have thought out what they did a lot more before signing these cards, as they will now only be a hardship on the rest of us.
