Qx: ....but with the cost-cutting and whatnot that's the rage in Canada nowadays I'd have to say that most labour boards are really inundated in handling complaints to the point of collapse. That's kept in mind by many workers in Quebec and perhaps one strong reason why Quebec remains the most unionized province in all of Canada.
