TD: I know this a bit of an aside, but I'm really intersted in this trailer park thing. From my end of the telescope here in N.I., folk who live in trailer parks are portrayed as deadbeat, dropout, no hope, white trash smell bags who can't string words of more than two syllables together, and solve their frequent disputes with a swig of jack daniels and a blast from a shotgun. Now, I KNOW this is a total stereotype, but if Qx, you live in a trailer park, and Mike, you are considering it, doesn't this kind of fly in the face of what is portrayed as the norm over there ?

Qx: Trailer parks are trailer parks. The notions andf sterotypes attributed to them are social constructs.

TD: Just what is the attraction of living in some kind of static shoe box ? Is it not a really cluttered, claustrophobic lifestyle ?

Qx: Ever heard of socio-economics?

TD: Qx, is this a glimpse of the way you fill your days ?

Qx: No. I work outdoors for the most part and do a lot of travelling.

TD: Crack open another Bud there and fill me in !

Qx: I don't drink much but if you want to smoke a joint let me know where the best deals are in Ulster for sensemilla buds.

: TD - Strictly a bricks and mortar girl !

Qx: You don't mean row houses do you? Besides Flint posted an excellent posting about trailer parks even if I live in bigger country than West Virginia.
