Iv'e been working in McD's for twelve years and I have always understood that Management expect you to work a fair days work for a fair days pay.

I haven't come across the underpaid concept as N.Z McD's do not pay youth rates to anyone. Every one starts at $8.41.

At what cost do you work hard for the customer ?

Work hard YES but be FAIR and look after yourself at the same time.

McDonalds has always as I have been there palced focus on the FAMILY life of our employees in N.Z.

That is why applicants have the opportunity to select their own availability prior to employment. This availability shoul this person get a job becomes part of the binding agreement between both parties.

Work to the best of your ability
