...or until I can't think of anything else to contribute to these rooms, i.e. as BK Manager Julie put it in McDonalds room "out of steam".

CR:
: Why can't you people who hate McDonald's so much just respect other people's right to eat and work there and maybe even enjoy it? If people didn't like it, quick service resturants wouldn't exist. Quit trying to look out for our best intrests. Accept the preferences of others. That's my speal for now.

I don't think that's gonna happen, Cara. After all, those of us who support Capitalism, and speak positively of our workplace be it McD's my bank, or whatever, are "corporate sycophants", or "brainwashed robots" who "can't think for ourselves". McD Worker, Trolley Dolly, and myself have especially had stones cast at us for voicing our opinions.

Qx is one guy who's especially been an ornory rascule in the combative department. He seems to be alright as a person, but man he really gets on those of us on the opposite side. To Qx and others who seem to have been ticked at what I've posted; Again lighten up! Opinions are opinions, and my words don't have the magic power to stop McD employees from unionizing or unionizing and then striking, although I do disagree with the striking part, as you all know, as well as the "us vs. them" angle, that's not positive at all. I'm not mad at anyone myself, not even at Qx making fun of my residing in Texas.

Before I go, I want to call everyone's attention to a couple of forums, links to both have been posted in other rooms but I'm going to repeat the info again here:

For employees or customers of fast food chains, BK Manager Julie invites you to visit her "Fast Food Debating Forum" at www.delphi.com/fastfooddebate.

And you're all welcome to visit my new forum at www.delphi.com/openlineforum. This is the first time I've created one of these, so hopefully this will work. Delphi does require you to register as a member (But it's free! And easy!), the registration screen will pop up as soon as you type either forum web address mentioned above.

Finally, welcome back, Cara! And don't let the harsh posters bother you!

Cheers everyone! Mike.
