I feel old!

Man! By the standards of everyone in the food service industry I've been communicating with here at McSpotlight, and now over at Delphi, I must be an old fart!!! I'm gonna be 35 come November!!!!! Trolley Dolly mentioned she's under 30, Julie's just mentioned she's 23, and Shaun and McD Worker have mentioned they're in their early 20s. Enjoy it, cause the years are gonna get faster from this point. :-(

I guess to get to the point of this thread, it don't matter the managers' or employees' ages. Chris, if they have good work ethic, they will do an excellent job. The new McDonald's a few miles from me in Euless is a good example. Both times I went there, they got my order out to me quickly, and accurately, and with a warm smile. You couldn't ask for more! I've encountered people older than me that aren't worth a shit in customer service.

Lighten up and take it easy!
