Hey TD,

As we Americans say YOU GO GIRLFRIEND! As Ive said before Im all for a debate but I mean a fair debate. I don't like being flamed and normally wouldn't stoop to it myself but I've gotten tired of the crap lately. I could do an excellent academic debate on unions were it not for people like Qx spouting his IM SMARTER THAN YOU crap. I went to college for four years and I choose the job Im in. Ive also had debating classes so if Qx wants a real debate and not a flame war bring on the topic.

McSpotlight: Whilst we don't approve of flaming, since it's creates bad feeling, is unnecessary if you've got a good argument, wastes space, and never really persuades people to change their minds, we'd also like to suggest that anyone responding just ignore the flames and say their argument anyway. Everyone else can see who's post has content and argument (even if they don't agree with it) rather than insults. As the saying goes, 'sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never harm me'. Ignore the flamers flames and they may tire of it and move on to constructive debate.
