In my current store we have never had a rap session per say. I usually can tell when there is a problem before it gets too bad. I think rap sessions are a good thing though and if any of my employees wanted to have one Id be all for it. For management and crew to have a dialogue on issues and ideas is not a bad thing. Ive been to crew rap sessions when I was a crew member and I liked it. We got a chance to get some bad feelings out into the air and were able to get some problems solved. Ive been told to have crew rap sessions if I want to but I was never told to carefully control and monitor them. I really don't think everything has to be a conspiracy. A rap session is one thing to me: a forum to discuss issues and ideas. Anyways thats all I got on this subject for now.
