Hey Mike and All,

As far as company sponsored or individual store events go we are allowed to attend alongside our crew. Their is a standard non-fraternization policy in effect. I think to truly violate it you would have to drink alcohol with a crew member or date one. I believe the purpose of the policy is to keep people from feeling that a manager is playing favorites. Anyways Im not saying I agree with this policy but I dont feel any need to date any of my employees or even pop open a Bud with them. If we were doing something harmless as a group such as going out to eat after work or the such nothing would be said of it.
