Reply to McDonald's complaints

I know from personal experience that when people are visiting the McDonald's restraunt of the choice they do not always get a pleasant experience. I apologize for that. You have to consider that most are staffed by teens. Therefore, they usually do not take the time to properly check things and then the manager is the one to deal with the complaint. I realize there is no excuse for poor service in the service industy, yet if you think about it you might realize that this industry is one of the most demanding businesses we have. Yet it is also many people's first job. So the next time you may not get exactly what you want, don't hesitate to complain, just maybe do so in a little more nicer way. And think of how it is to have hundreds of people demanding things from you constantly and what it is like to be a teen trying to please others. A manager who is trying to keep it all together.
