There are things called child labor laws that make it illegal for BK to hire anybody under 16 years old (or maybe 15 in some states?) This law exists to protect people your age from being taken advantage of. Years ago, children your age were forced to work in coal mines of Pennsylvania and West Virginia for 10 hours a day in dangerous conditions for little pay. That is why we have laws now, so nothing even remotely close to that ever happens again. I know you don't want to hear this, but you are too young to make a decision to get a job, that is why it is illegal even if you think you really want to work there. Besides, even if there were no laws, BK probably wouldn't hire an 11 year old because there really is nothing for someone that young to do. So for now, make money by mowing lawns and raking leaves, and in a few years BK will be glad to hire you. Its a fact of life that everyone has to go through.
