I would tell them to leave

At my franchise our policy is that if we have a really bitchy or rude customer me or another manager will tell them that we will refuse to serve them unless they can learn to respect the employees and that they can go somewhere else to eat. Some people just have attitude problems and we can't help that, we just have to grin and bear it. But if they come in cursing and yell at the employees we refuse service. Why should you put up with that kind of behavior when the 99% of the other customers appreciate you?
