hi..i am the hiring manager at our mcdonalds and a few thinngs i look for is...no baseball caps, no excessive make up, no ripped jeans, be on time or a couple of minutes early, bring a resume, including school activities, references,ask your friends that wirked there what they like about mcdonalds...i usually ask why i should hire you..(usual responses are, friendly, fast learner, responsible, need the money), all are acceptable. please dont respond by saying you do not know why you want to work for us. make eye contact, shake the managers hand, and thank them for seeing you. None.
