I too am a manager in MIchigan. Our store has had the made for you production system since October. It is very tough to deal with at first, but if you use your drive thru diagnostic tool and work work work, not giving up, made for you will soon become easy. Before made for you was rolled out at my store, we taught the crew to get used to less product more often. We also slowly lowered the bin levels down, until eventually, when made for you was implemented, it went rather smoothly. Our drive thru times have greatly improved sice we got made for you. About the cheese thing - if you take a few sleeves less out of the reach in it ends up working fine
