The problem with slipping an extra slice of cheese on a sandwich is that most customers will think that that is the normal amount of cheese to go on a burger when they get it, so the next time they go back if they get the correct amount of cheese they will think they were cheated when they really weren't, and then they will get upset, and you don't want your customers to be dissappointed do you? So everybody should make sandwiches by the correct procedures.
