Not all Independents are so great

Starting in Jan '99 we had a 'BOB is Coming' countdown, and special things we were to do for the next month. Who's Bob? The health and saftey inspector. We had failed the last 4 evalutaions, and this was it. I still don't know how we passed, food'll sit in the bin forever, the floor's nasty and we rarly clean. We had major saftey violations everywhere till the owner payed to fix it.
Sure we all get raises, and that 10 cents every 6 moneths realy goes far. I don't know who gets those supposed 15 and 25 cent raises, I've never encountered anyone as of yet.
