so little green frog, can you honestly tell that a good work ethic is thinking of your customers before the team environment you work in? tell me, which ones do you see for 8 hours a day the most, the customers or the people you work with? I know that a good work enviroment the the most importmant thing to have at your place of work, you shouldn't be an absolute prick to the people that you see everyday, which is all i see and hear about from my girlfriend. Do you think that in the real world you boss expects you to be nice to a dirty uncouth junkie who doesn't even know where he is let alone know that he is making a scene, I know that my employers would not let someone tell me that I am not doing my job fast enough or good enough when they can clearly see that I am run off my feet. They actuly would stick up for me and tell the person that their business is not wanted, unlike what I have seen at our local mcdonalds store . Yes I am expected to work hard and be enthusiastic but they also encourage me to stand up for myself when i am clearly in the right. I'm sorry little green frog but in the real world work ethic takes on a hole new meaning than that of the managerial programing that takes place at our local mcdonalds stores. It is easy to tell that you yourself have been brainwashed by the corprate programers - so you wouldn't understand.
