I know how hard it is when you work in any company werein you could not question a decision from your manager.And i definately agree with
you that your experience with your manager which you explained was not
fair,and this was the main reason for you to leave mcdonald's.
Again think of it one more time that not all of your fingers look alike,you can still find another mcdonald's restaurant that will help
in building up your morale.As a mcdonald's area manager in kuwait my advice to you is to apply again to another mcdonald's restaurant,
and give it another chance,for sure it will work if you explain to
your new store manager exactly about your previous experience.
