Dear Aussie Maccas Chick I feel you are the one who is dissiolusioned! I have been competently running a multi million dollar restaurant for 4 years and did not realise that factory workers and cleaners were on 52k plus a year with car, phone and oversees trips per anum. I have a saying that might be good for you "it's not what you do it's how you do it". You must think very highly of yourself to allow yourself to work at a McDonald's. I am not brainwashed and do not believe that everything that McDonald's does is 100% but as far as jobs go this ones great at my age most people are still looking for a job! I think you need to look at what it is you are trying to say when you bag out a management team that is responsibile for much more than meets the eye esp those of the many thousand crew we employ nationaly. None.
