i am realy sorry for your bad experience at the said mcdonalds restaurant . and i understand how annoying it is for you not to enjoy your lunch break after some hard work done in the morning hours,again the said mcdonalds restaurant did not meet your expectation as a customer,well i am realy sorry for the inconvenience
you got from the food you purchaced,and i thank you for complaining
cause this means that you will give a second chance to that store to meet your expectation.i wish i was there to quickly remedy your complaint,i am just writing from kuwait,i work in kuwait as a mcdonalds area supervisor,we sometimes get complaints and we try to remedy them quickly,and we always consider customers complaints as a gift.
