Stick together. Get with other workers

Those other suggestions are a bunch of bull. If management is drinking and doping on the job, if they are sexually harassing employees, why in the hell would you report that stuff right back to them? Yea, they'll just find a way of firing your butt. Stick together. Get with other workers that have similar experiences. Start planning and plotting. Management will always cover managements butt, so the workers have to get together to help each other. You could unionize or even do something less formal and create an informal protective league. If you walk into the manager's office, you could be fired outright. If 10 of you walk in... not so easy. If annonomous notes start to appear about a manager with groping hands...hmmm... What if they are circulated around the store by one of your friends who doesn't work there. Get creative. But if you quit, you are just running away. If it doesn't matter whether or not you have this job or not, why not make it fun and mess with them right back. If you organize a union, you might even get something out of it. But if you just quit, it'll probably be just like that at your next job. Check out the IWW website and look for those folks in Australia. lots of them and they aren't a bunch of oldsters either.
