Nico, it's nice to see that some good can come from Mcd's somewhere in the world. But my experience here in Australia leaves me in no doubt of their attitude to their business, their customers, but most of all their workers.

Being 21 at the time, my hourly rate was quite good, but being a little older and a little wiser that the junior crew (14/15 year olds) I was exposed to a little more to do with the business of running a franchise. They are so money hungry and violently opposed to any worker representation that it makes me and alot of other people sick. I hope you make a great career out of it. But just remember that if and when you fall out of favour, no one will be there to support you.
