I have not had many bad experiences.

It seems to me that corrupt management is a major complaint among people here. I am lucky enough to have a great management team where I work... our store is busy (and I mean BUSY) but everyone still gets their breaks, and if you miss it they tack it on to your pay... if you stay late or come in early they give you free meal coupons, that sort of thing. Maybe it helps that my store is a franchise, one of 5 in my city owned by one group, so we have a tighter circle.
At any rate, I heard my store manager recently was named Canada's Manager of the Year. This is why I am not bitter towards McDonald's - I have not had many bad experiences.
