I am a 46 yr. old woman who enjoys my work as a "crew" member at a small town, Canadian McDonald's. I always am treated with respect and admire MOST of the practices. Washing hands and general food safety are a real priority. I do eat at my own restaurant. I particularly like my six-month wage increases and complete flexibility of hours. I actually started three years ago with the intention of picking up some quick vacation money and have stayed 'cause I like working there. I think that working at McDonald's has been my greatest "team playing" experience. None.
