: Alright, here it is. I have read many of these posts, and here is what I can tell you about mcdonald's.

: Mcdonald's does not care if it's best employee quits or not, they will find two people to take your place.

Ever noticed that when you fill a shift at short notice, you're the best thing since sliced bread?

Ever notice that when you're asked to fill a shift a short notice and you can't for a completely legitimate reason, you're unco-operative and non-willing to work?

Ever found yourself training thirty or so new trainees in preparation for the opening of your new store only to find yourself losing hours to them?

I've been at Maccas three years now and the majority of it's been good (armed robberies and dodgy managers aside). I've travelled and bought a car out of my profits and am putting myself through uni. I've been nothing but accommodating to my store. How about some loyalty in return?
: When a full time person quits, many think that this will upset Mcdonald's, it doesn't. When a full time person quits, this means that they do not have to pay as much in wages, plus bye, bye shareholding for that year.

: They pay you minimum wage because they can't go any lower, if they could, they would.

: When many people are leaving for the same reason, they won't fix it, instead they will start a new game for the employees to distract you.

: If something needs fixing, they'll wait untill it burns to the ground until they fix it.

: Some managers are good, the rest have the mentality of a squid.

: But, remember this, believe in this, there is no sense in bitching to the management, they don't care. So use this board to bitch and wine, and let the good times role.

: P.s. when they threaten to fire you for eating on the floor, depending where you live (check the work board) they can only suspend you.
: bye, the cleaner
