I am a crew trainer and are constantly thinking of new ways on how I can benifit my store and even help out for free sometimes. I jusy hope my efforts are recognised and appreciated.

that's great. i wish more people would have that go to work attitude. so many out there want a free ride from welfare payments and it's workers like me and you that pay for them via tax deductions. bravo!
