There is also a stigma about working for Mcdees especially if your over 20 like I am. I'm considered over the hill. Majority of people consider fliiping burgers one of the most demeanial jobs there is. I enjoy working most of the time but I do feel taking for granted sometimes after all Mcdees is money bussiness and it's primary concern not its employees. But I am only generalising of course. I am a single mum and feel working at Mcdees is better than sitting on my arse. I am a crew trainer and are constantly thinking of new ways on how I can benifit my store and even help out for free sometimes. I jusy hope my efforts are recognised and appreciated.

that's great. i wish more people would have that go to work attitude. so many out there want a free ride from welfare payments and it's workers like me and you that pay for them via tax deductions. bravo!
