Since you work for a franchised store, you could always just write a letter to the owner operator telling them that a bunch of crew people are concerned about the store manager's behaviour, and that the crew would like the owner to hold a rap session. Make sure that you put in the letter what the problem is and that the crew would like a rap session held so that it can be taken care of. Don't sign the letter, that way it won't come back directly to you. Make it clear that if a rap is not held by the owner that the crew will be writing a PAL letter to head office! This way the operator will know that you're serious!
