Hello , I am a salaried manager for a McDonalds in BC. When you write a PAL, it gets send to the human resources department at your regional head office. It is then re-typed to ensure that the sender remains unknown. After that, it is sent to the Owner/Operator of you restaurant, this is a different person than your manager. The Owner will then take appropiate action. None.
