Why cant you let her make her own mind up, She obviously enjoys working there, and is reasonably good at her job otherwise, she wouldnt be there now would she! And with the till being up or down a couple of pounds, ok now if every employee lost a couple of pounds from their till, with over 45000 employees in this country, this is a lot of money!!! None.
