To who it may concern,
Since June 1994 I have been Restaurant Manager of McDonald's in Bath, with Danny Olive working for me as a part-time Floor Manager. Prior to working in Bath Danny was employed in our Cheltenham restaurant, and worked his way up from crew member to Floor Manager, which entailed passing an entrance exam and completing a course at our regional office.
Danny has always exhibited the highest standards of behaviour, with his hard work and friendly disposition commanding respect from every level of employee. I have completed two performance reviews on him, with a grade of good achieved twice. In recognition of his good work he was asked to assist our Bristol Galleries restaurant in the summer, a move which brought with it increased responsibility.
Since his return to Bath in September Danny has taken on the role of a shift manager, which means he is repsonsible for looking after cash deposits, safe controls and inventory counts. He has maintained good standards on his shifts.

Danny is one of the most popular employees in my restaurant, but is also capable of dealing firmly with other employees in a professional manner. He has consistantly exceeded the required standards of hygiene and personal appearance.

I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Danny as a employee and as an individual to whatever post is considered.

Yours faithfully,

P. J. Cummings, Restaurant Manager
