All that everyone is saying is fine, I'm not opposed to a certain degree of job rotation because it can drive off monotany but I'm worried that it's all going to turn into a nasty involuntary labour concentration camp sort of thing.

Syndicalists have the best ideas about how to organise the workplace, workers control, now if all the real and material factors, like some people dont want empowerment etc. just wages or some people are just dumb or uninterested, are taken into account I think their plans are the best for transforming work and relations at work.

I dont like the idea of working at the behest of the state because the state soon denegrates the the will of the leader but I dont mind working for the community or municipal like they workers had planned in the Paris Commune.
