: Stoller :
: You know as well as I that [Kovel] doesn't have a chance in hell, Sam. He can't afford to BUY the media space that would make him a contender.

: SDF:
: So elections aren't worth participating in?

: I would think that's evident after several hundred years...

SDF: This is, of course, the same logic used by capitalist toadies to discredit "communism": it's been tried, it failed, give it up... I didn't buy THAT logic, either.

It's also to say that trying to hijack the pageant of domination that national elections usually are, is not without its possibilities.

: SDF:
: ...So maybe he should increase his effectiveness by talking about vanguardism on BBS's? Huh?

: Like what YOU do here is NOT (or somehow above) 'mere (place perjorative adjective here) theorizing on BSS's'?

: You're starting to sound a lot like Mr. Troll, Sam.

SDF: I gave up on YOU about here. Everyone must agree to Stoller's plan for revolution, immediately if not sooner if Stoller is to stop throwing temper tantrums, and if empirical reality won't bend, so much the worse for empirical reality. Still waiting for an empirical assessment of the potential for revolutionary mobilization.
