: Your attitude stinks! There are too many peaple with attitudes like yours. I have had many jobs. Some have been awful and some have been great but I have always worked when I have been able to. At least when you are working you are doing something productive and can feel good about yourself at the end of the day. If a person really needs welfare I don't have a problem with that. But if you can obtain a job that you are capable of doing but choose to go on welfare you are pathetic!

Okay, admittedly the thought of being paid for doing nothing doesn't sound like a bad idea in theory. But there's a difference between theory and reality. I'm actually entitled to the disablilty pension, but I don't take it because I'm capable of working. If I was older I might change my mind, but I'm only fifteen years old, and I'm young enough to get a sufficient education that I could get a higher-paying job than $19,000pa. On the other hand, if I was about forty, unemployed and uneduated, I'd have to go on the disablilty pension because all the jobs that don't need experience go to the 15-year-olds.
