I would have to say that in my experience at McDonalds it has been great. I started with them six months ago as a crew person. In two weeks I was promoted to swing manager then four months later to store manager. It all depends on hard work and dedication. The best attribute that they look for is your attitude. They want people persons. If you don't work well with the public then you shouldn't be working with them. When I hire people if they are not totally polite to my customers than they hit the road. But if you want to go anywhere in McDonalds then you have to have a good attitude and dedication to your job. The money comes last. I started out making minimum wage and here I am six months later bringing home checks for a thousand dollars every two weeks. Not bad for just starting with this company. So with your next job why don't you try to adjust your attitude a little and just work to make the best of your situation the money will come.
