                                                                  DAY 212

                                                   KIM MOFFATT, Examined:

1 Q. Was that part of your duty or was that just for relaxation?
2 A. Yes. Well, I would go round and look at the notice
3 boards, put up any notices or just to use the toilet.
     4
5 Q. You never saw a poster of the kind mentioned by Mr. Beech?
     6 A. Never.
     7
8 MS. STEEL: Can you go a bit slower?
     9
10 MR. RAMPTON: Yes, of course. (To the witness): Up on the top
11 shelf -- you can put that away for the moment, just leave
12 that there -- there should be a file with "Heathrow" on
13 it. Is the first document in that a plan?
    14 A. Yes.
    15
16 Q. Could you unclip the hinges and take the plan out? It is
17 just so we can get our bearings. I will ask you one
18 question about the issues here as well while we are on it.
19 Perhaps I can do some leading on this, and it will save
20 time. It is a drive-thru as well as a ordinary restaurant,
    21 Heathrow?
    22 A. Yes.
    23
24 Q. I do not know the date of this map. January 1991, it is at
25 the bottom right hand corner. In the top left-hand corner
    26 by the letters I, J and H, do you see ---
    27 A. Yes.
    28
29 Q. -- there is an entry "order taker". Is that where the
    30 drive-thru people place the -----
    31
    32 MS. STEEL: Where?
    33
34 MR. RAMPTON: -- top left-hand corner of the plan. It is
35 orientated like that, what one might call the northwest
36 corner. That is right. (To the witness): Order taker, is
37 that where the drive-thru people place their orders?
38 A. Yes. They drive up, and actually place it at a speaker
39 point, and then they would pay at the order taker or,
40 sometimes, if it was quiet, they would do both.
    41
42 Q. Then if you run along that top wall, there is somebody
43 called a "presenter" -- I assume that is not something to
    44 do with broadcasting?
45 A. No -- to give the food out.
    46
47 Q. Who is the presenter?
48 A. That would be someone just literally presenting the
49 food and the drinks to the customer.
    50
    51 Q. To the drive-thru customer?
    52 A. Yes.
    53
    54 Q. Is "W10" a window then?
    55 A. Yes.
    56
57 Q. That is where the food is passed through, is it?
    58 A. Yes.
    59
    60 Q. Then below that -----

                                      9
