                                                                  DAY 212

                                                   KIM MOFFATT, Examined:

     1
2 MR. RAMPTON: Yes. If you put your face close to the map, it is
3 a "wrapping bin", but I could be wrong about that. There
     4 is in the reduction.
5 A. And a drinks tower where they pour or they make the
     6 drinks.
     7
8 Q. Right. Which is the drinks tower?
9 A. That is next to it; that is the long -----
    10
    11 Q. The long rectangle?
    12 A. Yes.
    13
14 MR. JUSTICE BELL: What, above "salad cabinet"?
    15 A. Yes.
    16
17 MR. RAMPTON: Then behind the combo, the wrapping bin, or
18 whatever it is, the wrap and call thing, and to your left
19 there are some more blocks on some of which I can see the
20 word "plan" written, I think. "Plan show", it maybe, and
    21 "griddle"; is that right?
22 A. Yes, if I can remember rightly, because -----
    23
    24 Q. Yes. What is the -----
    25
26 MR. MORRIS: I cannot see those.
    27
28 MR. RAMPTON: It is there.
    29
30 MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is very difficult.
    31
32 MR. RAMPTON: The Defendants might -----
    33
34 MR. MORRIS: Yes, I can see.
    35
36 MR. RAMPTON: If it is easier -----
    37
38 MR. JUSTICE BELL: They look like little jars.
    39
40 MR. RAMPTON: The original is bigger. Can I have that actually?
    41 (Same handed)
    42
43 MR. JUSTICE BELL: What is next to clam shell?
    44
45 MR. RAMPTON: "Griddle", my Lord.
    46
47 THE WITNESS: I think they are the pull down clam shell grills.
    48
49 MR. RAMPTON: Then directly opposite below clam shell and
50 griddle, there are two surfaces. One I can tell you is
51 called "prep table", and one is called "flat". What do
    52 they form?
53 A. That is -- in the middle is the preparation table where
54 you would put the trays with buns and put the condiments on
55 there and I think the circles are the pots.
    56
57 Q. Then at the top of the page towards where the "Manager" and
58 "electrics" are we see three -----
    59
60 MS. STEEL: She said the circles are the pots.

                                      11
