                                                                  DAY 212

                                                   KIM MOFFATT, Examined:

     1 see that?
     2 A. Yes.
     3
     4 Q. What is that?
5 A. That is the crew room.
     6
     7 Q. In the crew room -----
     8
9 MR. MORRIS: I have not found that.
    10
11 MR. RAMPTON: Crew training. In the crew room, could you please
12 mark where the notice board was in your time, anyway, if
    13 you can remember?
    14
15 MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is going to be yellow, is it?
    16
17 MR. RAMPTON: That is going to be yellow. (To the witness):
18 You see the entrance is at the top of the room?
19 A. Yes. I am trying to think. We had two.
    20
21 Q. There were two, were there? Thank you. Just one other
22 thing -- I suppose it is obvious -- off the crew room there
23 are two doors, one marked "male staff" and the other
24 "female staff". Are those wash rooms?
    25 A. Yes.
    26
27 Q. Thank you. Perhaps, Mr. Riley, we could have that passed
    28 around? (Handed)
    29
30 (To the witness): Just one last question about the crew
31 room notice board: You said there are two, one on the
32 bottom or on the side; were there any reasons for that?
33 Did they have different uses, those notice boards, or not?
34 A. One of them had set things, like, we did a McEducation
35 scheme and a McBook scheme and they were set up and they
36 stayed there; and the other one was for ourselves putting
37 up, you know, posters about meetings or bits and pieces.
38 So one of them was set and one of them was moved around.
    39
    40 Q. Which was which?
41 A. The small -- what I can remember, the smaller one was
42 the one that was set.
    43
44 MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which one is the smaller one?
45 A. One is longer than the other. The one on line A, that
    46 is the smaller one.
    47
48 Q. Which one was that?
49 A. That one was set with the ......
    50
51 MR. RAMPTON: The one facing the door as you come in is for the
    52 crew to use?
    53 A. Yes.
    54
55 Q. The next document in that Heathrow file ought to be
56 Mr. Beech's personnel file or some of it, is it?
    57 A. Yes.
    58
59 Q. It is. While you have that open -- leave that open please
60 -- find as well a blue pale blueish file marked, I think

                                      14
