     8        Handbook".  Then it is signed.  Did Mr. Beech sign that
     9        declaration in your presence?

    14        A.  We give that to them.

    22        them so -- I cannot remember.

    26        to one of the subjects there?

    41        I think you told us about?

    48        special store rules and medicine and somebody wrote
    49        "Christmas party etc.", was that you?
    50        A.  Yes, that is my writing.  I just go through some events

    54        job and overall store functions".  Is that preliminary
    55        description given verbally or in writing?
