DAY 212
KIM MOFFATT, Cross-examined:
Dave Roberts." Do you know the reason for the replacement?
A. No.

Q. So, it could have just been that John wanted to transfer to
the Feltham store?
A. No, John did not want to transfer.

Q. He did not want to transfer?
A. No. He liked it there.

Q. Did you ever complain about Mark Riley?
A. No.

Q. You did not - despite the fact that he was allowing under
18-year-olds to work or -- well, allowing the situation
where under 18s were working past midnight for 15 months?
A. In my capacity as admin, I just felt that Mark was the
Store Manager and he had it under control; he would speak
about it at Managers meetings and he would be quite strong
about it. I just felt, under John, that, you know, he did
not really relay it at Managers meetings, because he did
not talk about it as much as Mark.

Q. So, it was not really that the practice had changed that
you wanted to complain about John Nevison; it was just that
he did not talk about it at meetings?
A. He did not bring it up. I do not think he was as aware
as Mark was.

Q. Did the store have, like, busy periods?
A. Slightly; but it was quite constant at Heathrow.

Q. Throughout the year?
A. Yes.

Q. What about over Christmas and summer and Easter, and times
like that?
A. It got a little bit busier, but nothing compared to
like seasonal stores. It did get busier, but not as much.

Q. Would it be fair to say that, say, during winter and autumn
and spring, the store would be busy over the lunch periods
and then it would tail off during the afternoon?
A. Not really, no.

Q. No?
A. No.

Q. What, it remained busy throughout?
A. Not busy; it just ticked over quite nicely, just quite
constant at Heathrow.

Q. And during the summer, would it be fair to say that it
basically remained fairly busy throughout the day?
A. Yes. But I am an admin assistant, so I spend a lot of
time in the office, not sort of, you know, on the front
counter.

Q. Did you have different staff over the summer ---
A. Different?
