                                                                  DAY 212

                                             KIM MOFFATT, Cross-examined:

  Q. -- to those that were employed the rest of the year?
       A. What, did we employ different people?

  Q. Yes.
       A. We may have done. We might have employed -- I do not
       really understand.

  Q. Well, some stores we have heard about, there would be a lot
of students working over the summer breaks, and things like
that, that would not be working during term time.
       A. Not really. I could not remember one. There might
have been one or two. I cannot really recall that, no.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can I just check: this is on the Bath road,
       which is the A4?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Or still is the A4?
       A. I am not sure.

  Q. If you want to keep off the motorways or not get stuck
going round and round in circles near Heathrow, this is the
       main east/west road?
       A. That is right, yes.

  Q. I see the address on the plan is Skyways Garage Triangle,
       Heathrow?
       A. Yes.

  Q. So anyone can pull off the A4, going in either direction,
can they -- the Bath road?
       A. They can. They obviously have to cross the flow of
traffic on the other side, but yes, they can.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Thank you.

MS. STEEL: Do you basically, because you are doing the admin
side, not really know about, you know, things like the
amount of trade there was in the summer compared to the
winter, and the amount of crews that there were working,
       and things like that?
       A. No, I do know. Obviously, I have worked for the
Company for nearly 10 years, so I am quite aware of busy
periods; and I was a Manager as well.

  Q. Would it not be fair to say that during the summer, for
example, there would be an increase in the tourist trade,
people on their way to the airport on or the way back?
       A. I do not -- I think Heathrow is very constant.
I think, yes, there might have been a bit, but it was not a
huge rush like in seasonal places. I do not really
       understand.

  Q. Have you worked in other stores?
       A. Yes.

MR. MORRIS: Do you know roughly what the turnover figures for
the summer is? It just strikes me as logical that in a
store at Heathrow in the summer ---
