DAY 212
KIM MOFFATT, Cross-examined:

Q. You still went over there, but not as frequently?
A. Yes, maybe. I mean, I went over when Mark Riley was
probably -- I mean, we had a situation at the Job Centre
when Mark Riley was there that any applicant they got they
sent straight to us, at one point, and that sort of
stopped, sort of, when John came; it just was not --
because Mark had a rapport with them, so it was not the
same.

Q. Do you know what percentage of the crew were full-time and
part-time?
A. Not percentage, no, I could not.

Q. When you complained to Semir Khazna about John Nevison, do
you remember when that was?
A. No, I do not.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You say: "Shortly afterwards, John was
replaced by Dave Roberts." That is the best of your
recollection, is it?
A. Yes. I cannot remember the date or anything now.

Q. It appears that Dave Roberts came in June?
A. It was just before then.

MS. STEEL: Do you remember what the turnover was, crew
turnover, at the store?
A. No, I do not.

Q. You do not remember?
A. No.

Q. You did not get a regional percentage or any kind of figure
that you were compared to?
A. We probably did, but I cannot recall it. There was a
lot of figurework; I cannot recall it all.

Q. You were in charge of checking the schedules to see whether
people had had their break entitlement. What was your
understanding of what they were entitled to?
A. I did not check the schedule for break entitlement.

Q. Sorry -- the clock card record?
A. It depends on how long a shift they did.

Q. Could you just tell us what your understanding of their
entitlement is?
A. If they did up to four hours, they would get a
15 minute break; over four and up to -- let me just work
this out -- over four and up till 6, or up to 5, sorry, is
30 minutes; and then anything upwards from there, up till
10 hours would be 45; and over that would be a 45 and a
20 minute break.

Q. Was that it?
A. That is what, sorry?

Q. That was it; that was your understanding of the ---
A. Yes.
