     3        A.  I cannot -- yes, I think so.  He was there quite a lot

     7        A.  I cannot say for definite because I am not ------

     9   Q.   You would be a good person to talk to because you were in
    10        charge of the paperwork?
    11        A.  Yes, he talked to me about it.

    14        A.  Yes, but, you know, I cannot definitely say when or,
    15        you know.

    18        on the clock cards?  Is it being covered up by some means?"
    19        A.  No, he did not ask me about that.

    25        did not investigate how it was being concealed in the
    26        official paperwork?

    48        anybody as a result of his investigation?
    49        A.  Well, yes, he certainly spoke to all the Managers.

    56        sure, but I was not there when he spoke to them so I could
