3 A. I cannot -- yes, I think so. He was there quite a lot

10 charge of the paperwork?
11 A. Yes, he talked to me about it.

14 A. Yes, but, you know, I cannot definitely say when or,

17 Q. Did he ask you: "How is this happening and not appearing
18 on the clock cards? Is it being covered up by some means?"
19 A. No, he did not ask me about that.

24 Q. So he investigated the fact that it was happening, but he
25 did not investigate how it was being concealed in the
26 official paperwork?

49 A. Well, yes, he certainly spoke to all the Managers.
