                                                                  DAY 212

                                             KIM MOFFATT, Cross-examined:

  Q. What course?
       A. One of the area administrators came down to the store.
She helped me on variation things, but she did
orientations. This is way back when I was a Floor Manager,
and I used to sit on orientations with this lady and do a
couple with her then. She will come and do one with you in
our own store, and then she will come and spot checks; so
she will come and watch you do a couple.

  Q. But you did not have to go on a course for a week or a
       couple of days ---
       A. No.

  Q. -- to learn?
       A. No. It helped that I would obviously have to be a
Manager and you have to have gone through the FMC, which is
a Floor Managers' Course, but nothing directly geared to
       orientations, no.

  Q. So, really, you picked it up as you went along with help
       from the Supervisor?
       A. No, no. I was trained by an administrator. She worked
       for the Supervisor.

  Q. An administrator who worked for the Supervisor?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Trained you on the job, so to speak, with you?
       A. No. I watched her doing an orientation, and it went
       from there, like I said.

  Q. You saw the way she did it, and you did it the way that she
       was doing it, basically?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Did she have any particular qualifications on the law or
       personnel management?
       A. I am not sure. I am not sure what qualifications she
       has.

  Q. You did not have any particular training in that kind of
       thing?
       A. What, in law?

  Q. Apart from what the administration assistant to the
Supervisor was doing, which you copied and she monitored
you, you did not have any particular legal training or
       personnel management training?
       A. No, no courses, no.

  Q. So, when you were answering a wide range of questions from
employees about all the issues to do with employment
conditions and rights, you do not really know if you were
answering them correctly or not, unless it was specifically
       in the Handbook?
       A. I would not have answered it if I did not know the
       answer.

  Q. So, if people asked you questions about the law on
employment conditions, what would you say to them?
