     4        A.  No, not that have been had breaks, no.  But I know that
     5        two or 3 a week.

     8        A.  Sometimes that can be because they have not clocked in
     9        or out, not because they have not got one.

    11   Q.   Presumably, the Managers would know that you were checking,
    12        that you would bring it up with them if it is something
    13        that they should be looking out for?
    14        A.  They would know, yes.

    16   Q.   You attended the Managers meetings?
    17        A.  Yes.

    19   Q.   One final question on that subject: at what level would it
    20        concern you?  If it happened once a week, it would not
    21        concern you?
    22        A.  Yes, it would concern me, yes.

    34        said it would concern her if it happened even once.

    36   MR. MORRIS:  It would be an indication of bad management, would
    37        it, if it happened more than once a week or something?
    38        A.  No.  It could be various things.

    40   Q.   If it happened more than five times a week, it would be an
    41        indication of bad management?
    42        A.  Not if it is -- not directly related to bad management,
    43        no.

    46        A.  I do not know.  I have never come across that, so
    47        I could not comment.

    49   Q.   But you would think there would be a serious problem if it
    50        was happening 20 times a week, and you would definitely 
    51        bring that up at a meeting, would you? 
    52        A.  I would bring it up from one upwards at a meeting, yes.
