KIM MOFFATT, Cross-examined:
A. No, that happened -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can you remember now?
A. No, not that have been had breaks, no. But I know that
two or 3 a week.

MR. MORRIS: Two or 3 a week?
A. Sometimes that can be because they have not clocked in
or out, not because they have not got one.

Q. Presumably, the Managers would know that you were checking,
that you would bring it up with them if it is something
that they should be looking out for?
A. They would know, yes.

Q. You attended the Managers meetings?
A. Yes.

Q. One final question on that subject: at what level would it

A. Yes, it would concern me, yes.

Q. It would concern you?
A. Yes.

Q. If it happened 10 times a week, would it concern you very
much?
A. It would concern me, yes.

Q. It would concern you very much?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What is the point in asking that? She has
said it would concern her if it happened even once.

MR. MORRIS: It would be an indication of bad management, would
it, if it happened more than once a week or something?
A. No. It could be various things.

Q. If it happened more than five times a week, it would be an
indication of bad management?
A. Not if it is -- not directly related to bad management,
no.

Q. What happened if it was happening 20 times a week?
A. I do not know. I have never come across that, so
I could not comment.

Q. But you would think there would be a serious problem if it
was happening 20 times a week, and you would definitely
bring that up at a meeting, would you?
A. I would bring it up from one upwards at a meeting, yes.

Q. Did you bring it up every Managers meeting?
A. Yes.

Q. So it was happening all the time, then?
A. Pardon?

Q. It was happening continuously over the period you were
