DAY 212
KIM MOFFATT, Cross-examined:
about it?
A. I would hear about it. You cannot be in the store and
not know that an accident has happened, really.

Q. Well, if nobody comes and asks for the accident book, you
would not hear about it, would you?
A. No, but -- well, I cannot comment on every accident
that happens. But, you know, they would have to come, and
the Manager would know about it and we would hear about it;
we would talk about things that went on.

Q. So, did you spend a lot of time discussing the accidents in
the store?
A. No.

Q. Moving on to page 5 of your statement, in paragraph 11 you
said you heard crew joke about going on strike. Do you
remember what it was they were saying?
A. No. It was just generally just mucking around. It was
very occasionally they would just make a joke. It was
nothing, really.

Q. Did you ever go on holiday in 1993 or 1994?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I hope you did. Did you?
A. Yes, I must have done.

Q. Do you remember a year when you did not take a holiday at
some time?
A. Yes. I do remember a year when I did not take a
holiday. I am trying to think. I must have taken some
holiday, yes.

MS. STEEL: You would have had other days off, as well?
A. Yes. What, during the week?

Q. Yes.
A. Yes.

Q. From time to time?
A. What -----

Q. Just, I do not know, sick or -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I thought you worked five days a week?
A. Yes. So I have two days off.

MS. STEEL: I wanted to ask about the red bins. You said there
is one by the wrap and call and sometimes there is a
separate one for fries?
A. Yes.

Q. They would be both by the wrap and call?
A. No. The fries one would probably be by the fry
station.

Q. You actually said -- you were asked how many red bins there
would be by the wrap and call, and you said: "There would
be one. Sometimes it is a separate one for fries."
A. Yes.
