DAY 212
KIM MOFFATT, Cross-examined:

Q. That sounds like the wrap and call bin, sometimes a
separate bin for fries?
A. I was just carrying on the sentence, just a separate
one for fries, as in an extra one.

Q. When the waste was counted, that was done near the wrap and
call, was it not? There was a big bin there that it was,
I do not know, counted into?
A. Yes; in the back room as well, sometimes.

Q. When that was done, the bins would be taken over to the
wrap and call or the back room for all that to be done?
A. Yes.

MR. MORRIS: We have nearly finished now.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: A couple more questions. If you go to the
documents, the Heathrow documents -- I do not know which
file they are in?
A. Yes.

Q. If you go to the last tab, "payroll", and if you go to
page 35 -- yes?
A. Yes.

Q. -- we have there a list of -- "the following rate changes
were proposed during the pay period".

MR. RAMPTON: Can I ask for a date? I do not have page numbers.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It is 13.3.94 to 26.3.94, crew payroll
summary, dated 29th March 1994, page 376.

MR. RAMPTON: I am grateful.

MR. MORRIS: It has new regular rate, 3.15, and new evening rate
3.40, new premium rate; and there is a lot of 3.15s; then a
3.70, 3.30 -- this is down the third column.
A. Yes.

Q. There is quite a lot of these documents. If you look at
page 39, we have a similar document with various rates on
it -- 3.15 and 3.30.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That has "page 366" in the top right-hand
corner.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. Then on four pages after that, page 358 in
the corner, page 43 in the bottom right-hand corner, there
is another mixture of people, new regular rates, 3.20s,
3.40s and 3.60s. Just to explain these documents, it seems
to me that when people get a wage increase then it is noted
down on a special separate sheet?
A. This is where they get them, yes.

Q. Yes. The first question then: If we look at the top
left-hand of each page, or any of the pages ---
